Our interactive tools (weight tracker, vitamin tracker, fluid tracker, etc.) store data in your browser’s localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers. It is accessible only from the browser and device you used to enter it.

If you contact us, we use your name and email address solely to respond to your message.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address solely to send you the updates you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. Your email address is stored and processed by MailPoet, our email service provider, on our behalf.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioural tracking tools.
